Overview
At Robert Walkers West, we want you to be fully satisfied with your artwork. Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. Unfortunately, if more than 30 days have passed, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
- It must be in the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g., flowers)
- Custom or commissioned artworks
- Gift cards
- Downloadable products
Partial Refunds may be granted for items that are damaged, not in their original condition, or returned late.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank if necessary.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. For an exchange of the same item, email us at info@robert-walkers-west.com and ship the item to:

Gifts
- If the item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit.
- If the gift was sent to the giver first, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.
Shipping Returns
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Consider using a trackable shipping service for expensive items.
